Chopin nocturne n 20 sheet composition

Jul 29, 2011 · Believed to be a recently discovered Nocturne by F. Chopin. Probably an early composition. Performed Spring 2010 in Århus, Denmark. Some pieces were first published after his death including his Nocturne No.20 in C# minor. This is one of 21 Nocturnes of which the most famous is the Nocturne Op.9 No.2 in E-flat major which is also available arranged for guitar and arranged for violin and piano. There is a ballet called "Les Sylphides" which uses Chopin's music. 9 no. 2 is possibly the most popular and well-known of Chopin s nocturnes, and a quite characteristic example of how Chopin delicately mixes ear-caressing beauty with hints of despair and melancholy. It is the second in a set of three nocturnes written between 1830 and 1832, when Chopin was about twenty years old.
